The Fang Spear is a silver weapon that can be crafted after defeating Bonemass and heading to the Mountains in Valheim. It requires very little silver and wolf fangs are easy to get, so you can make several if you prefer to bring a set of throwing spears.
You will need to upgrade your forge to be able to craft or upgrade the fang spear.
