Draugr Elites are the most dangerous variant of Draugr. They wield a large melee weapon and loving swinging it around. Give them a little extra space because Draugr Elites have a big attack that deals a bunch of damage.
You may want to just pull out a Bow and kill them from range. If you do pull out your melee weapon, make sure you’ve got a full tummy and dodge or parry his swings.
