Dandelions are small yellow flowers that grow in bunches in the Meadows of Valheim. They are ingredients in Minor and Medium Healing Meads. Otherwise, dandelions are a useless weed.
Dandelions will, like Yellow Mushrooms, respawn after 240 minutes (4 hours).

Gathering Dandelions
Dandelions aren’t going to strain your storage space because they are actually fairly uncommon. Players who decide to build their base away from the Meadows might have a difficult time accumulating enough dandelions to craft their healing meads.
If you find yourself needing dandelions, the easiest thing to do is take a trip to a grassy part of the meadows that’s relatively untouched. You can destroy dandelion plants by terraforming, so you might need to go further from your base.
The alternative way to collect dandelions is by killing a bunch of Greydwarf Brutes. They all grow a dandelion on their head and you can loot it from their corpse. If you were clever enough to build a portal to a Greydwarf Nest, now’s the time to farm brutes. If not, a few trips to the Black Forest after sundown should be good enough.
