Carrots are an early-game food in Valheim that can be farmed after reaching the Bronze Age. They are best used in Carrot Soup and shouldn’t be eaten raw because carrots have pretty awful stats. The only way to acquire carrots is to grow them yourself with seeds collected from carrot flowers in the Black Forest.
We recommend you make a small farm early to get a steady supply of carrot soup which is great stamina food for gathering and adventuring.
