Barley Flour is an end-game food item that unlocks the ability to craft Lox Meat Pie, Fish Wraps, and Blood Pudding — the best foods in Valheim. You need a Windmill to refine raw barley which you farm in the Plains (the windmill doesn’t have to be in the plains).
You should get your flour production up and running before you attempt to fight Yagluth as these food items will give you tons more health and stamina than anything you’ve eaten up to this point.
